Houston Christian Senior Tully Florey Earns Perfect ACT Score

Houston Christian High School is celebrating an extraordinary academic milestone as senior Tully Florey has earned a perfect composite score of 36 on the ACT—an achievement reached by only a fraction of test-takers nationwide.
According to ACT, only about one-quarter of 1% of students earn a top score. In the 2024 U.S. graduating class, just 3,041 out of 1.37 million students reached this benchmark, placing Tully among the nation’s highest-achieving scholars.
The ACT assesses students in English, mathematics, reading, and science, with each section scored on a scale of 1–36. The composite score represents the average of all four tests. A top score indicates exceptional mastery of the academic skills needed for success in first-year college coursework.
Tully’s accomplishment reflects dedication, discipline, and a true commitment to academic excellence. Houston Christian High School is proud to recognize his hard work and celebrate his leadership both in and out of the classroom.
Congratulations, Tully, on this outstanding achievement!
