Strength and Conditioning
The HC Mustang strength and conditioning program is designed to provide our competitive athletes the means by which they develop attitude, work ethic, mental toughness and discipline.
Athletes will train consistently, sensibly and systematically over a designed and designated period of time in a safe, clean and professional environment to help enhance performance and decrease injury.

Lee Fiocchi is the founder and director of Dynamic Sports Training and trains HC athletes on campus. He graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a B.S. in Physical Education. He trains all sports and ages, ranging from seven years old to elite and professional athletes.

Lee’s diverse background enables him to better understand the process of developing a complete athlete. He has adapted to a multitude of different environments and has found success in each of them. His athletic career started with a variety of different sports, but his undying passion for football continued in junior college at College of the Siskiyous and Walla Walla Community College. Lee earned the grades, developed his body, became a team captain, led the defense statistically, helped lead the team to a bowl win, and earned a scholarship to Eastern Illinois University, where he helped lead them to an Ohio Valley Conference Championship in 2001 and their highest national ranking.
